RETURN POLICY

 

WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE MERCHANDISE YOU HAVE PURCHASED. IN ORDER TO KEEP YOU 100% HAPPY, WE HAVE COME UP WITH AN EASY EXCHANGE POLICY WE HOPE WILL SATISFY YOUR NEEDS.

 

·      MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. PLEASE NOTE, IF THE ITEM WAS A CUSTOMIZED PIECE, IT WILL BE FINAL SALE. UNLESS APPROVED OTHERWISE BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.

·      MERCHANDISE THAT IS RETURNED AFTER THE 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  

·      MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION; MERCHANDISE CAN NOT BE WORN, STAINED, AND/OR DAMAGED.

·      CUSTOMERS WILL NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING PROCEDURES INCLUDING APPLICABLE SHIPPING FEES. WE MUST RECEIVE THE UNWANTED GARMENT FIRST THEN WE WILL SEND YOU THE NEW ITEMS YOU ARE EXCHANGING OR YOUR STORE CREDIT NUMBER.

·      ALL ORDERS TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP OUT. ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL. ORDERS PLACED ON BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND, WILL TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP OUT. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND EXPECT ORDERS TO BE SLIGHTLY DELAYED DURING THE HOLIDAYS.
